The Engineering Behind the Perfect Swing: Our Pickleball Paddle Manufacturing Process

1. Core Material Selection (The Heart of the Paddle)

Honeycomb Core Preparation: We utilize high-grade Polypropylene (PP) honeycomb for the optimal balance of power and touch.

Precision Cutting: The core is CNC-machined to the exact aerodynamic shape of our signature paddle face.

2. Composite Skin Lamination (Power & Control)

Material Choice: Depending on the model, we apply layers of T700 Raw Carbon Fiber, Fiberglass, or Graphite.
Resin Application: A specialized epoxy resin is applied to ensure a permanent, vibration-dampening bond between the skin and the core.

3. Thermoforming & Pressing (Structural Integrity)

High-Pressure Molding: The "sandwich" of materials is placed into a precision mold.

Thermoforming Technology: Using heat and pressure, we fuse the layers. This "unibody" construction ensures the edge doesn't delaminate and expands the "sweet spot."

4. Edge Guard Attachment

Protective Shielding: A durable, low-profile edge guard is bonded to the perimeter to protect the composite layers from ground impacts and scrapes.

Balanced Weighting: This step is calibrated to ensure the paddle's "swing weight" is perfectly balanced.

5. Surface Texturing (The Spin Factor)

Friction Enhancement: We apply a specialized grit or utilize the natural weave of the carbon fiber to maximize RPM (spin) and ball dwell time.

UV Coating: A protective layer is added to prevent graphics from fading under intense sun competition.

6. Grip & Handle Finishing

Ergonomic Shaping: The handle is built up and wrapped with high-tack, moisture-wicking grip tape.

End-Cap Sealing: The handle is capped and weighted for a professional feel and vibration reduction.

7. Performance Testing & QC

Deflection Test: Ensuring the paddle complies with USAPA "pop" and stiffness standards.

Weight Consistency: Every paddle is weighed to ensure it falls within our strict "Mid-weight" or "Light-weight" specifications.
